Return & Exchange policy

Exchange Window

  • Exchanges need to be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Products with stains, damage, or visible wear will not be accepted (unless they arrived that way).

✧ Valid Exchange Reasons

  • Wrong size received
  • Wrong product received
  • Manufacturing defect

Exchange Charges

  • A ₹99 reverse shipping fee applies for all size exchanges.
  • For a second exchange of the same product, an additional ₹250 charge applies.
  • Second-time returns are not allowed.

Process

  1. Place your exchange request in the “My Orders” section on our website.
  2. Once approved, our courier partner will attempt pickup twice. If both fail, we’ll ask you to self-ship to our warehouse.
  3. After we receive & verify the product, your exchange will be processed within 10–12 working days. Updates will be shared via email.

Important Notes

  • You cannot exchange an item directly for a different product. Instead, opt for a return for store credit and use the credit to place a fresh order.
  • If courier pickup isn’t available at your pin code, you’ll need to self-ship to our warehouse (address will be shared once your request is approved).

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued as store credit (coupon code) after quality check.
  • We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
  • Coupon code is valid for 180 days and can be used once.
  • The new order must be of equal or higher value than the coupon amount.
  • Store credits cannot be combined with another coupon in a single order.
  • Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for exchange/return.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed, cancellations are not possible due to our strict no-refund policy.
